"There is a growing interest in wearable technologies in many research communities, but the ugly side of it – wirings, soldering, hard electric components – has not been properly explored in design domain, even though it will decide the feasibility and commercialization of the smart clothing products. Also, psychological potential in interpersonal relationships of smart clothing is also still under the veil. This work suggests one option to each: vision-based interaction and line art using the thin wire. Each can inspire both the wearer and the viewer by introducing a new dimension of interactions."
